Description

We export used Dunlop and Trelleborg belts which are some of the best conveyor belting in the world. These belts are made in Europe to much higher standards than cheap far eastern imports representing better value for money due to their extended wear life. 

Standard width belts are available from stock in plain as well as profiled C15,C25 and C32 chevrons. Other profiled conveyor belts can be made to order such as bucket elevator and sidewall. We also supply lighter duty belts such as grip top, available in PVC and PU as well as rubber.

All our high quality second hand belt is all handpicked and fully guaranteed.

Our Used conveyor belts are inexpensive and repurposed for industrial use. They can also be reused in environmentally friendly ways, such as for flooring, boot lining, or rubber car mats.

Our tips for packing and storing used conveyor belts:

Protect from the elements: Cover the belt roll with a tarp or water-resistant material to protect it from rain, sunlight, and ozone. Store the belt in a building that's relatively weather-tight and away from high-voltage lines and large transformers.

Avoid moisture: Keep smaller belts in sealed plastic bags to protect them from moisture, light, and contamination. Place larger belts on skids to keep them off the floor, where they can absorb water.

Rotate the belt: Rotate the belt 90° every 6 months to prevent it from bending or flexing in one place. Rotate in the same direction you wound up the belt.

Avoid extreme temperatures: Store the belt at a temperature between 10° C and 35° C.

Avoid contact with liquids: Keep the belt away from liquids, especially oils, solvents, and corrosive liquids.

We keep large stocks of heavy duty second hand belts, especially for mobile crushers. Used belting may show some signs of wear or small chops/grooves to the top cover; these will in no way compromise the strength, wear-resistance or life expectancy. Buying secondhand is an effective way of cutting costs without sacrificing longevity; especially in industries where belts tend to rip before they wear out.
